Return Conditions

We do not encourage returns once the product has been opened. However, we will accept returns if the product has a quality issue, under the following conditions:

  • The product must have a documented quality issue.
  • The product must have been purchased through our official website www.labuniqskincare.com
  • Products purchased through third-party sellers, including Amazon, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@labuniqskincare.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Packaging: Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Include the RMA number and a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
  5. Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Restocking Fee: If your return is approved, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the sales price of the product.
  • Refund Amount: The remaining amount after deducting the restocking fee will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process once we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products purchased through third-party sellers (e.g., Amazon).
  • Products without a documented quality issue once opened.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
